Within Port Perry proper, you'll find Victorian-era homes along Queen Street and the surrounding residential streets, typically on generous town lots with mature gardens. These character homes run $800K-$1.2M and rarely last long on market — the inventory is finite and the demand from GTA refugees is steady.
