Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Known Limitations

Some third-party content (such as property photos from the MLS® system) may not have alt text. We are actively working to improve alt text coverage across all listing images. Interactive map features may have limited screen reader support — we provide equivalent list-based views for all map content.

AODA Compliance

As an Ontario-based business, we comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code. We provide accessible customer service and welcome feedback on how to improve.
